- Children under 16 years $20 per night ($30 for first night on weekends).
- Surcharge applies over Easter, Christmas, Public and School Holidays
- Your 50% deposit confirms your reservation.

- Minimum booking of 2 nights is preferred on weekends and the full period for public holidays and long weekends
- Kookaburra is a one-bedroomed cottage which sleeps a maximum of two people.
- Blue Wren and Bottlebrush are two-bedroomed cottages which sleep a maximum of four people each.

- Deposit is transferrable to another date if notification is given at least 7 days prior to occupancy.
- A $55 fee applies if booking is cancelled
- Cancellation without notice will result in a total loss of deposit.
